Interior Rennovations
1640 Haslam Terrace involved a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation focused on modernizing the residence while maintaining architectural cohesion. The scope included structural improvements, reconfiguration of select interior spaces, full kitchen and bathroom upgrades, finish carpentry, updated electrical and plumbing systems, and detailed exterior improvements.
The project required tight schedule management, coordination of multiple trades, and precise cost control to deliver a refined, move-in-ready home with elevated finishes and improved functionality.
Development & Investment Projects
22456 Carbon Mesa is a comprehensive whole-home remodel and site transformation that reimagines the property as a fully integrated coastal estate. The project includes construction of a new tennis court, extensive hardscape and landscape improvements, and a complete renovation of the residence down to the structural and systems level. Interior work consists of reconfigured layouts, new kitchen and bathrooms, custom millwork and cabinetry, wide-plank flooring, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, and the installation of high-performance doors and windows to maximize natural light and views.
The exterior scope creates a series of connected outdoor living spaces designed for recreation and entertaining, seamlessly extending the home’s program into the surrounding site. The project requires detailed scheduling, coordination of multiple specialty trades, and close cost management to deliver a highly tailored, design-driven result.
