1106 S Cochran is a French Normandy–style Tenancy-in-Common (TIC) repositioning that reflects Tomorrow Development’s focus on unlocking value through design, entitlement strategy, and hands-on execution. The project involved the restoration and modernization of a character-rich residence, combining period-sensitive detailing with fully upgraded systems and contemporary interior layouts. By guiding the property through the TIC process while managing construction, budgeting, and consultant coordination, we transformed a historic asset into an individually owned home within a cohesive architectural community.
