6370 Orange is a Tenancy-in-Common (TIC) conversion that reflects Tomorrow Development’s strategy of creating individual homeownership opportunities within character multifamily properties in established Los Angeles neighborhoods. The project combines entitlement management, targeted renovation, and construction oversight to reposition the asset as a collection of thoughtfully designed residences. Period elements are preserved and enhanced while interiors are reconfigured with updated systems, efficient layouts, and durable, design-forward finishes. By leading the development and build process from acquisition through sellout, we are able to align design, execution, and financial performance, unlocking value while delivering homes that feel both timeless and contemporary.
