Tomorrow Development operates with a focused, full-time leadership team supported by a long-standing network of consultants, designers, and trade partners. This structure allows us to maintain hands-on oversight while scaling intelligently across multiple projects.
The Tomorrow Development Core Team:
Jacob Leonard — Founder & Principal
Leads the firm's overall vision and strategy, overseeing acquisitions, underwriting, capital structure, design direction, and construction execution across the full development lifecycle.
Morgan Leach — Project Manager
Manages day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, consultant communication, and on-site execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Matthew Isackson — Design & Construction Management
Works across creative direction and construction execution, supporting interior design, material sourcing, and project coordination from concept through completion.
Mariana Calle — Operations
Keeps the platform running smoothly by managing internal coordination, project logistics, and executive operations — ensuring the leadership team stays focused and every moving part stays aligned.
Eric Yang, CPA — Controller
Oversees accounting, financial reporting, and project cost controls, providing investor-level transparency and financial discipline across the portfolio.Isaiah Freedman — Business Development & Project Management
Drives new contracting opportunities through referrals and relationship-building while supporting active project coordination — bringing a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to both pipeline growth and on-the-ground execution.
Beyond our core team, we work closely with a vetted group of architects, engineers, attorneys, expediters, and specialized subcontractors who have been selected based on performance, reliability, and shared standards. This hybrid structure allows us to remain nimble while delivering institutional-quality execution.
